We are a local, family owned and operated company which carry over 50 years of construction knowledge and traditions passed from father to son. Our mission statement is providing our customers with superior quality service, peace of mind and reasonable, competitive rates.
We offers commercial and residential demolition services in Los Angeles, Agoura Hills, Pacific Palisades and Malibu areas. We perform these services to fit our client’s individual needs. Our work includes, but not limited to interior demolition, tenant improvement services, swimming pool and spa demolition and backfill and complete house demolition, as well as excavation services and various concrete works.
We consider communicating with our customers a top priority. We approach every project that we have by emphasizing on listening to our customers needs and concerns. Once we take on a project, our team will be with you through every step on the way. We work closely with our customers and we will not stop until they are completely satisfied with our job.
We carry top of the line machinery and equipment. Our fleet includes state of the art bobtail dump truck, dump trailers, skid loaders excavators and a wide selection of manual as well as power tools to tackle all of your construction needs. We maintain a close relationship with the leading construction equipment rental companies in order to supplement our equipment with the newest equipment available on the market.
At N-BIT Construction, we care about the environment and green, environment friendly practices are important to us. We consider landfills as our absolute last option. As much as possible, we recycle the majority of the debris generated from our projects. Our business practice is to reduce, reuse and recycle.
We are aware that a construction project in your home can be a stressful endeavor. We eliminate such stress by assuring our customers our team of employees is highly skilled and trained and we are fully licensed, bonded and insured. N-BIT Construction is covered by Liability, Worker's Compensation and Automotive insurance as required by law. We will obtain all necessary permits prior to the beginning of the project and we will work in close proximity with inspectors and engineers to make sure your project is completed up to code and on a timely manner. Every time we work on a project, we got our client's safety covered.
